For those attending a first visit, you can expect to be greeted by our friendly professional business staff. They will collect information from you regarding personal (name, address etc.) insurance or payment and have you fill in a form with your medical and pervious dental history. All of this will be given to the Registered Dental Assistant when they take you back to meet the dentist. They will review it with you and take the required x-rays. When all of this is together the doctor, will join you and through exam will be done. They will check all teeth, gums, soft tissues of the mouth and face, look for any evidence of potential or existing problems, and discuss if you have any specific concerns.
After all the info is gathered the doctor will discuss it with you and present any required treatment and any options. All your questions will be answered. You may also have time scheduled to see the hygienist. They will also do an exam of the soft tissues and muscles to discuss any needs that are specific to you. They will then remove any buildup you have and give you a happy, healthy smile.
They will discuss with you what maintenance program would be best for you. After your appointment, the business staff will help you book and required appointments, process your insurance and collect any balances.
