Office Policy

For the convenience of our patients we do accept payment from your insurance on your behalf as long as you supply the required info to do so. Many insurances will go electronically allowing us to tell you your balance at each appointment. We accept cash, cheque, debit, Visa or MC as forms of payment. Any major treatment will be preauthorized and you will be informed of your cost prior to starting treatment.

We call 2 business days in advance to verify your booked appointments and we request you give a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel or change an appointment time. This enables us to offer this time to someone that may be waiting.

We accommodate our patients for emergencies as much as possible. This emergency appointment may be only to relieve discomfort until enough time in the schedule allows a permanent solution. For after hours emergency care, please call our office for information as to what to do.

We adhere to the Privacy of Personal Information Act. Your personal information will be gathered and used for the treatment of your dental health needs.
