COVID-19 update and procedures

To all our wonderful patients,

We've missed you and we hope you are healthy and staying safe.

We are now implementing enhanced infection control protocols above and beyond the stringent policies we already have in place, creating new patient flows to adhere to, physical distancing guidelines and procuring the necessary protective equipment to keep all of our patients and staff safe.

We will be contacting you to reschedule your missed appointment, if you did not have an appointment and would like to book one or would like to know more about rescheduling an appointment please give us a call and we will be more than happy to book you in.

Here is what you can expect when you come for your appointment.

* We will reserve early morning appointments for immunocompromised and patients over 65.

*The day prior to your appointment you will receive a COVID-19 screening and consent form via text or email to fill out prior to your appointment. 

*When you arrive to your appointment we will kindly ask that you either text or call us when you arrive as our door is locked and one of our team members will let you in. 

*When you enter the building one of our team members will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer and give you hand sanitizer.

*We will have masks and gloves available should you want one.

*We will kindly ask that you wear a mask that we will provide to you should you have to wait at all in our reception area.
